The invention provides a waist support type slide-resistant pile structure construction method which comprises the following steps: (1) excavating pile holes to design positions at intervals in a to-be-supported rock-soil body behind a pile, and installing vertical piles for supporting the rock-soil body behind the pile in the pile holes; (2) a sliding body in front of the vertical piles is excavated to a stable stratum in front of the piles, and a soil retaining structure is arranged between every two adjacent vertical piles; and (3) when the sliding body in front of the vertical piles is excavated to the stable stratum in front of the piles, a plurality of supporting structures are arranged on the stable stratum in front of the piles at intervals, the supporting structures are connected with the vertical piles in a one-to-one correspondence mode, then the soil body is backfilled on the stable stratum in front of the piles to cover the supporting structures to the designed height, and the backfilled soil layer is compacted. A step-by-step construction method is adopted, the working procedures are reasonable, the construction technology is simple, operability is high, and large-scale landslide treatment, high slope reinforcement or deep foundation pit supporting can be completed within a relatively short construction period. Therefore, the structure has high practical engineering applicability.
