The invention discloses a mountain slope protection construction structure and method based on miniature steel pipe piles, the construction structure comprises a plurality of miniature steel pipe piles and a cast-in-place concrete top beam, a top beam reinforcement cage is arranged in the cast-in-place concrete top beam, and each miniature steel pipe pile comprises a miniature steel pipe, a steel pipe pile reinforcement cage and a pile body; a plugging plate is arranged at the top of the micro steel pipe, a pouring hole is formed in the plugging plate, and the steel pipe pile reinforcement cage is provided with an anchoring connecting section used for being fixedly connected with the top beam reinforcement cage; the construction method comprises the following steps: 1, building a construction site, and setting out pile positions of a plurality of miniature steel pipe piles; 2, constructing a plurality of drill holes; 3, constructing a plurality of miniature steel pipe piles; and 4, constructing a cast-in-place concrete top beam. The stability of the whole mountain slope protection construction structure can be improved by enhancing connection between the cast-in-place concrete top beam and the multiple miniature steel pipe piles, the miniature steel pipes and the steel pipe pile reinforcement cages are convenient to transport, and the method is suitable for mountain slope protection improvement construction.
