The invention discloses a lifting sliding seat which comprises a main shell, a sliding clamping frame arranged in the main shell and a lever swing arm installed in the main shell, and the main shell is provided with a shell through hole allowing a sliding rod to penetrate through and an elastic piece used for pressing the sliding clamping frame to the sliding rod. The elastic piece and the lever swing arm are arranged on the two sides of the sliding clamping frame respectively. The sliding clamping frame comprises a clamping body used for making contact with a sliding rod and a pressed arm used for making contact with the lever swing arm. The upper side and the lower side of one end of the lever swing arm are provided with jacking parts used for jacking the pressed arm, and one end of the pressed arm is provided with a pressed end face corresponding to the jacking parts. The device is simple in structure, convenient to use and operate, high in holding force and labor-saving.
