Fabricated composite floor free of formwork removal
An assembly type composite floor free of formwork removal is formed by splicing inorganic composite thin plates into bottom formwork assemblies and compounding angle steel for connecting the bottom formwork assemblies, floor bottom formwork assembly combining seams, main beam steel bars, rib beam steel bars, constructional steel bars, built-in formworks and concrete. The inorganic composite thin plate bottom formwork assembly is a disassembly-free bottom formwork assembly which is permanently used by the fabricated composite floor slab; the inorganic composite thin plate bottom die assembly is a strip-shaped bottom die assembly formed by splicing N inorganic composite thin plates through angle steel for connection; functional fixing pieces are adopted in the angle steel for connection; the built-in die is arranged between two pieces of angle steel for connection of the strip-shaped bottom die assemblies to form a half of the width of the longitudinal rib beam, and the two strip-shaped bottom die assemblies are spliced to form the width of the longitudinal rib beam; the fabricated composite floor constructional steel bars are arranged at the upper end of the built-in mold; and the concrete is directly compounded with the non-dismantling bottom die assembly and the built-in die which are permanently used to form the fabricated composite floor without dismantling the die.
