The invention discloses a vaccination shed which comprises four vertical box bodies, fixing rods are arranged in the vertical box bodies, matched supports are arranged in the vertical box bodies in a sliding mode, the matched supports are driven by electric push rods arranged in the vertical box bodies to ascend and descend, and the matched supports are divided into rod-shaped structures and block-shaped structures. A platform block is arranged on one side of the blocky structure of each matched support, the platform blocks are connected with the matched supports on the two sides in a sliding fit mode, driving devices enabling the matched supports and the platform blocks to move relatively are arranged in the platform blocks, and symmetrical rotating cavities are formed in the vertical box body. Moreover, a fence facilitating queuing of the personnel is formed, and a shed can be formed by erecting a canopy in an external space on the top side of the equipment, so that inoculation and queuing of the personnel are facilitated.
