After the illumination degree of the light absorption scales is weakened, the position of the electromagnetic sliding block is reasonably adjusted through calculation of the background management module, so that illumination of the light absorption scales is concentrated and enhanced in a turning mode, then illumination is conducted on other areas through the illumination lamps, and building illumination energy consumption can be effectively reduced; and the method conforms to the sustainable development green building concept of the current society.
