The invention relates to the technical field of ceramsite acoustic board production and processing methods, in particular to a production process of a sound barrier metal ceramsite acoustic board. According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the following steps that (1) a formed supporting safety plate is manually placed on an automatic roller conveying line; (2) uniformly mixing and stirring cement, collagen fiber rubber powder, mortar and concrete fibers on a forming supporting safety plate, and then forming a bottom cement layer on the forming supporting safety plate by matching with a forming mold; and (3) the formed cement layer and the formed supporting safety plate are conveyed to a sound absorption body machining station together through an automatic conveying line.
