The construction method comprises the following steps: treating a base layer wall body, making a wall surface marking line, adhering mortar to an insulation board in a spot manner, adhering the insulation board to the wall surface, treating door and window holes and wall feet, mounting fixing pieces, smearing anti-crack waterproof bottom layer mortar, laying gridding cloth and forming an anti-crack waterproof surface layer. The thermal insulation wall body obtained through the construction method is used for reinforcing the wall surface, and the bonding reliability of the wall surface can be improved; by adopting the closed hole type foaming polyurethane, the wood keel can be fixed on the wall body under the condition that the wall body is not provided with holes, so that the reinforced concrete structure layer is prevented from being damaged; by spraying the polyurethane thermal insulation material, the problem that condensate water is generated on the wall surface can be solved.
本发明涉及一种保温墙体及其施工方法，包括基层墙体处理，作墙面标记线，保温板点粘砂浆，墙面粘贴保温板，门窗洞口和墙脚处理，安装固定件，涂抹抗裂防水底层砂浆，铺设网格布，抗裂防水面层。通过该施工方法得到的保温墙体对墙面进行加固处理，能提高墙面的粘结可靠性；通过采用闭孔型发泡聚氨酯可以在墙体不开孔的情况下将木龙骨固定到墙体上，避免损坏钢筋混凝土结构层；通过喷涂聚氨酯保温材料，可以解决墙面上产生冷凝水的问题。
