Compared with the prior art, the prepared lightweight silicon spar wall material is small in surface density, high in compressive strength, small in pore diameter, good in fireproof performance and stable and controllable in product strength performance index, the toughness of a lightweight silicon spar wall plate is improved, the cracking problem in the lightweight silicon spar preparation process is effectively solved, and then it is guaranteed that the overall finished product rate of the product reaches 98% or above; the preparation method is simple in process and high in production efficiency, the production cost can be effectively reduced, and the application field of the light silicon spar wallboard is greatly widened.
