The invention discloses a method for adding and recycling manganese-zinc ferrite waste in strontium ferrite, which comprises the following steps: mixing the manganese-zinc ferrite waste, the strontium ferrite and oxide impurities, ball-milling into slurry by adopting a ball-milling process, and sintering after compression molding; the raw materials comprise, by weight, 10%-30% of the manganese zinc ferrite waste, 70%-90% of the strontium ferrite and 0.02%-2.5% of the oxide impurities. According to the method, the manganese zinc ferrite waste is recycled and added into the permanent magnet strontium iron oxide wet process, so that the pollution of the waste to the environment can be reduced, resources can be greatly saved, and the production cost of enterprises can be reduced.
