The invention provides a method for preparing a cellulose-based water reducing agent from straws, and relates to the technical field of waste recycling. Straw is acidified to obtain straw cellulose, and the cellulose-based water reducer is prepared through first alkalization, first etherification, second alkalization and second etherification. Various properties of concrete prepared by adopting the cellulose-based water reducer are better than those of concrete prepared by adopting a microcrystalline cellulose-based water reducer, so that the cellulose-based water reducer prepared by taking the straw as the raw material has relatively good properties while the cost is saved. Meanwhile, waste recycling of the straw can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种利用秸秆制备纤维素基减水剂的方法,涉及废物再利用技术领域。本发明将秸秆进行酸化,得到秸秆纤维素,经过第一碱化‑第一醚化‑第二碱化‑第二醚化,制备得到纤维素基减水剂。采用本发明的纤维素基减水剂制备的混凝土的各项性能均比采用微晶纤维素基减水剂的各项性能优良,说明本发明以秸秆为原料制备的纤维素基减水剂在节约成本的同时具有较好的性能。同时能够对秸秆实现废物再利用。
