A preparation method of the inorganic capsule wall phase change microcapsule comprises the following steps: dissolving an emulsifier in dilute sulphuric acid to obtain an aqueous phase solution, pouring the aqueous phase solution into a colloid mill, starting, and pouring molten core material paraffin into the aqueous phase solution to obtain an oil-in-water core material emulsion; and dropwise adding an aqueous solution of a soluble calcium source as a wall material solution into the core material emulsion, carrying out an interface chemical deposition reaction under stirring, and carrying out cooling, suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain the phase change microcapsule. The phase-change microcapsule is high in phase-change enthalpy value and good in heat conduction capacity, when the phase-change microcapsule is mixed with gypsum powder for use, the capsule wall material can exist as a crystallization seed crystal, the water-gypsum ratio is reduced, the crystal form structure of gypsum crystals is improved, the mechanical strength of the phase-change energy-storage gypsum board is improved, and the phase-change energy-storage gypsum board is suitable for being used in a large-scale production process. And the flame-retardant building material also has good bonding capacity with other building materials and has a good flame-retardant effect.
一种无机囊壁相变微胶囊,其制备方法如下:以乳化剂溶于稀硫酸中得到水相溶液,倒入胶体磨中,启动,将熔化的芯材石蜡倒入水相溶液中得到水包油的芯材乳液;将可溶性钙源的水溶液作为壁材溶液滴加到芯材乳液中,搅拌下二者发生界面化学沉积反应,经冷却,抽滤,洗涤,干燥,得到所述相变微胶囊。本发明的相变微胶囊相变热焓值较高,具有较好的导热能力,在与石膏粉掺混使用时,囊壁材料可作为结晶晶种存在,降低水膏比,改善石膏结晶的晶型结构,提高相变储能石膏板的机械强度,与其他建筑材料也有较好的结合能力并有较好阻燃效果。
