The garbage cleaning device comprises a mounting base, a movement mechanism, a garbage picking mechanism, a detection assembly and a control device. And the movement mechanism is arranged on the mounting base. The garbage picking mechanism is arranged at the end, away from the mounting base, of the moving mechanism. The detection assembly is arranged on the garbage picking mechanism. The control device is in communication connection with the movement mechanism, the detection assembly and the garbage picking mechanism. When garbage cleaning is carried out, firstly, the detection assembly is used for detecting the position of garbage and sending the position to the control device, the control device controls the movement mechanism to drive the garbage picking mechanism to move towards the position of the garbage, and when the garbage picking mechanism moves to the position of the garbage, the garbage picking mechanism picks up the garbage; and finally, the garbage is conveyed to a garbage collection position through the movement mechanism.
