The invention discloses a slope reinforcing and fixing device for building municipal civil engineering, and relates to the technical field of slope protection. The slope protection device comprises a protection net fixed to a slope and a pressing frame assembly used for fixing the protection net. The pressing frame assembly comprises a plurality of horizontal strip groups which are horizontally arranged, and each horizontal strip group comprises at least two horizontal strips which are connected with each other; a supporting strip set connected between the two transverse strips is arranged between every two adjacent transverse strip sets, and each supporting strip set comprises a pair of supporting strips arranged in a splayed shape. And a drilling piece for nailing the transverse strip on the side slope is arranged on the transverse strip in a matched manner. The protective net is arranged on the side slope in advance, soil with weeds on the surface is fixed through the protective net, water and soil loss is prevented, then the protective net is fixed through the latticed pressing frame assembly composed of the transverse strip sets and the supporting strips and the drill pieces, and the situation that the protective net falls off due to long-term use is avoided; and the mounting and fixing firmness of the protective net is improved.
