The invention discloses a tower crane foundation conversion installation device which comprises a tower crane conversion joint and a conversion foundation matched with the tower crane conversion joint. The switching contact comprises a first supporting plate used for supporting the tower crane switching joint, second supporting plates arranged on the periphery of the first supporting plate, connecting pieces arranged at the corners of the upper end face of the first supporting plate, first connecting lifting hooks arranged between the adjacent connecting pieces, and second connecting lifting hooks arranged between the adjacent connecting pieces. The second connecting lifting hooks are respectively arranged on the second supporting plate; and the connecting shaft is arranged between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate. According to the tower crane foundation conversion mounting device, the periphery of the first supporting plate is protected through the second supporting plate, and the pressure of the first supporting plate due to tower crane conversion joints on the second supporting plate is conveniently buffered through the second supporting plate.
