The second connecting lifting hooks are respectively arranged on the second supporting plate; and the connecting shaft is arranged between the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate. According to the tower crane foundation conversion mounting device, the periphery of the first supporting plate is protected through the second supporting plate, and the pressure of the first supporting plate due to tower crane conversion joints on the second supporting plate is conveniently buffered through the second supporting plate.
