The invention discloses a green building efficient energy-saving decoration system which comprises a wall body and a decoration plate, and the wall body and the decoration plate are jointly provided with a connecting assembly used for fixing the decoration plate and a driving assembly used for driving the decoration plate to move upwards. The connecting assembly comprises an L-shaped plate body fixed to the outer side wall of the wall body and a connecting block fixed to the side wall, close to one side of the wall body, of the decorative plate, the connecting block is connected with the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the L-shaped plate body in a buckled mode, and a positioning assembly used for positioning the decorative plate is installed on the wall body. According to the scheme, in order to reduce the difficulty that a worker installs a large-size decorative plate, the worker can drive the decorative plate to move upwards only by using the driving assembly until the decorative plate moves to a proper height, and then the connecting assembly is matched with the positioning assembly to position the decorative plate, so that the stability of the decorative plate in the using process is enhanced; and the use of a lifting device is reduced in the decorative plate mounting process, and the probability that the decorative plate shakes and is damaged is reduced.
