The invention relates to the field of production of heat preservation and decoration materials for building energy conservation, in particular to a preparation method and application of a vertical wire rock wool composite heat preservation and decoration integrated plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out rock wool cutting, plate splicing treatment, composite treatment and drying curing in a rock wool production line by adopting a continuous production process; rock wool cutting is conducted through rock wool strip cutting equipment arranged at the rear end of the rock wool production line; the decorative panel, the rock wool strip jointed board layer, the protective layer and the alkali-resistant glass fiber gridding cloth are continuously bonded and coated on line for one-time forming; and drying and curing are conducted through waste heat generated in the rock wool production process. Continuous production of the heat preservation and decoration integrated board is achieved, efficiency is improved, multiple times of reshipment of rock wool boards and rock wool strips and construction of rock wool strip processing workshops are avoided, waste heat generated in the rock wool production process is fully utilized for drying and curing, production efficiency is improved, and gradient utilization of energy is achieved at the same time.
本发明涉及建筑节能用保温装饰材料生产领域,具体涉及一种竖丝岩棉复合保温装饰一体板的制备方法及应用。所述制备方法包括以下步骤:在岩棉生产线中采用连续生产工艺进行岩棉切割、拼板处理、复合处理和烘干固化;岩棉切割采用在岩棉生产线后端设置的岩棉条切割设备进行岩棉切割;装饰面板、岩棉条拼板层、保护层和耐碱玻纤网格布在线连续粘结、涂敷一次成型;烘干固化采用岩棉生产过程中产生的余热进行烘干、固化。本发明实现了保温装饰一体板的连续化生产,提高了效率,还避免了岩棉板及岩棉条的多次倒运和建设岩棉条加工车间,充分利用岩棉生产过程中产生的余热进行烘干、固化,提高生产效率的同时实现了能源的梯级利用。
