本发明涉及一种混凝土用相变膨胀抗裂剂及其制备方法,上述制备方法包括如下步骤:将聚乙二醇加热至熔融态,向其中加入混合膨胀剂,混合均匀,再加入石墨相氮化碳,混合均匀,将混合物料放入真空干燥箱进行真空吸附,以使聚乙二醇及混合膨胀剂吸附于石墨相氮化碳的多孔结构中,从而制得一种混凝土用相变膨胀抗裂剂;其中,聚乙二醇、混合膨胀剂及石墨相氮化碳的质量百分比为(35~49.5%):(49.5~60%):(1~5%)。本发明中利用不同活性膨胀剂复配形成混合膨胀剂,钙质膨胀剂的活性较高,水化速率较快,主要补偿混凝土早期的收缩,同时加入M型和S型不同活性的MgO膨胀剂,补偿了混凝土中后期的收缩,从而保证对混凝土各个阶段的补偿收缩,降低了混凝土的开裂风险。
