Method for producing beryllium oxide ceramic balls in large scale by adopting rolling forming process
The invention discloses a method for producing beryllium oxide ceramic balls on a large scale by adopting a rolling forming process. The method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing high-purity nanometer beryllium oxide ceramic powder and deionized water, and carrying out ball milling and mixing to obtain beryllium oxide ceramic slurry with the solid content of 55-66%; (2) carrying out spray drying on the beryllium oxide ceramic slurry to obtain beryllium oxide ceramic particles with the average particle size of 0.1-0.15 mm; (3) slowly adding the beryllium oxide ceramic particle seeds into a pelletizer, spraying the nano beryllium oxide powder on the seeds while spraying deionized water in a spraying manner in the rotating process of the pelletizer, and continuously rolling and forming until a beryllium oxide ceramic ball blank with the average diameter of 1.2-3.3 mm is obtained; (4) drying at room temperature until the water content is 2-3%; (5) performing high-temperature vacuum sintering on the green body; the sintering temperature is 1650-1750 DEG C, and the heat preservation time is 3-5 hours.
