Preparation method for roll-to-roll continuous manufacturing of gas diffusion layer carbon-carbon material base material
The invention relates to a preparation method for roll-to-roll continuous manufacturing of a gas diffusion layer carbon-carbon material base material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a continuous fiber net which is uniformly entangled by adopting carbon fibers or precursor fibers thereof as raw materials; s2, sequentially or simultaneously compounding the conductive particle slurry and the organic binder solution with the continuous fiber net; s3, a compound obtained through compounding is subjected to continuous calendering, and a continuous roll-to-roll composite base material is formed; s4, drying and curing the composite base material; and S5, carbonizing and graphitizing the cured composite base material under protective gas to obtain a flexible film type carbon-carbon material which can be used as a gas diffusion layer base material, and subsequently performing hydrophobic treatment and microporous layer coating to obtain the hydrogen fuel cell gas diffusion layer. According to the preparation method, carbonization and graphitization processes can be continuously implemented, the flexibility is kept, the subsequent continuous process is facilitated, the quality consistency is improved, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and the cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种卷对卷连续化制造气体扩散层碳碳材料基材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、采用碳纤维或其前驱体纤维为原料制备缠结均匀的连续纤维网;S2、将导电粒子浆料和有机粘结剂溶液顺次或同时与连续纤维网进行复合;S3、对复合得到的复合物进行连续压延,成形为连续化可卷对卷的复合基材;S4、对复合基材进行干燥、固化;S5、将固化后的复合基材在保护气体下进行碳化、石墨化,即可得到柔性的薄膜型碳碳材料,可做为气体扩散层基材,后续经疏水处理、涂布微孔层后制得氢燃料电池气体扩散层。该制备方法可连续实施碳化、石墨化过程,并保持柔性,利于后续连续化工艺,提高质量一致性,极大提高生产效率,降低成本。
