The invention discloses a reinforcing structure of a soft soil foundation, and relates to the field of soft soil foundation treatment.The reinforcing structure comprises a plurality of cast-in-place piles arranged at intervals and further comprises side supporting pipes arranged on the outer sides of the cast-in-place piles, the four side supporting pipes are evenly distributed on the peripheries of the cast-in-place piles at intervals, and a working well used for conducting construction on the side supporting pipes is further arranged in the soft soil foundation; the side supporting pipes on the two sides, close to each other, of every two transversely-adjacent cast-in-place piles share one working well, the side supporting pipes on the two sides, close to each other, of every two longitudinally-adjacent cast-in-place piles share one working well, one ends of the side supporting pipes are in sliding fit with the working wells, and the ends, away from the working wells, of the side supporting pipes are inserted into pile holes of the cast-in-place piles. Inner cavities of the side supporting pipes communicate with an inner cavity of a pile hole of the cast-in-place pile, and a connecting pipe used for communicating the two symmetrically-arranged side supporting pipes is arranged in the working well. The integrality of the multiple cast-in-place piles is improved, and the reinforcing effect on the soft soil foundation is improved.
