The invention relates to a screw pile suitable for a narrow, deep and thick soft soil foundation and a construction method of the screw pile. The screw pile comprises a pile body and a pile sleeve. The upper end face of the pile body is provided with four grouting openings and one rotating groove, the upper portion and the lower portion of the pile body are provided with external threads, the middle of the pile body is provided with four grout outlets, and the lower end of the pile body is provided with a pile tip. The pile sleeve sequentially comprises an upper internal thread sleeve, four upper stretching plates, four lower stretching plates and a lower internal thread sleeve from top to bottom, and the upper internal thread sleeve, the four upper stretching plates, the four lower stretching plates and the lower internal thread sleeve are connected through connecting buckles. The construction method of the screw pile comprises the steps of screw pile preparation, screw pile pressing, connecting rod connection, screw pile grouting and follow-up construction. The construction method has the main beneficial effects that the structure of the pile body and the pile sleeve is adopted, a cavity is formed during construction, then concrete is injected, and finally the pile body forms diameter expansion, so that the bearing capacity of the pile body can be effectively improved; the screw pile is connected with an adjacent building through the connecting hole and the connecting rod, and the bearing capacity of the pile body can be further improved by pouring the bearing platform on the top of the pile after the screw pile is constructed.
本发明涉及一种适用于窄幅深厚软土地基的螺旋桩及其施工方法,螺旋桩包括桩体和桩套两部分;桩体上端面有4个注浆口和1个旋转凹槽,桩体上部和下部设置有外螺纹,桩体中部设置有4个出浆口,桩体下端自带桩尖;桩套从上到下依次是上内螺纹套、4块上伸展板、4块下伸展板和下内螺纹套且相互之间通过连接扣连接。螺旋桩的施工方法包括:螺旋桩制备、螺旋桩压桩、连接杆连接、螺旋桩注浆、后续施工。本发明的主要有益之处包括:采用桩体和桩套的结构,施工时形成空腔,再注入混凝土,最终桩体形成扩径能有效提高桩体的承载力;螺旋桩通过连接孔和连接杆与临近建筑物相连,在螺旋桩完成施工后桩顶浇筑承台可以进一步提高桩体的承载力。
