A port of the water pump is connected with an adapter pipe through a telescopic pipe, the end of the adapter pipe is rotationally connected with a transition pipe in a sealed mode, the transition pipe is rotationally connected with the upper partition plate and the lower partition plate in a sealed and penetrating mode, and a local cleaning mechanism is arranged on the side wall of the transition pipe. The device has the advantages that the bearing roof is made of the heat insulation material, the situation that the top of the water storage tank is directly irradiated by too much sunlight, and consequently water quality is affected can be avoided, conventional rainwater enters the water storage tank through the water injection pipe to be stored after being filtered, the purpose of utilizing rainwater resources is achieved, and part of rainwater remaining in the bearing roof can play a heat insulation role.
