Rapid installation method for steel structure wall surface purline

The invention relates to a rapid installation method for a steel structure wall surface purline. Comprising the following steps that (1) a hanging tool is prepared, and the hanging tool is hung by crane equipment and spread on the ground; (2) a plurality of purlines are additionally arranged on the hanging tool; (3) the positions of the multiple purlines on the hanging tool are adjusted, and the distance between the purlines is approximately equal to a design value in installation construction design; 4) lifting the hanging tool and the plurality of purlins to a proper height by the crane equipment and attaching the hanging tool and the purlins to the wall surface; (5) taking one purline and the wall surface mounting position thereof as a positioning reference, and when the purline moves to the wall surface mounting position, stopping the action of the crane equipment and keeping a stable hoisting state; (6) after the purline is installed and fixed on the wall keel, the connection between the purline and the hanging tool is removed; and (7) after the operation that the multiple purlines are installed and fixed to the wall keel is completed, the crane equipment transfers the hanging tool to the ground again to be spread out, and next operation is conducted. The installation and construction efficiency is improved.

本发明涉及一种钢结构墙面檩条快捷安装方法。包括以下步骤，1)准备吊挂工具，吊挂工具由吊机设备吊挂并铺展在地面上；2)将多个檩条加装到吊挂工具上；3)调节多个檩条在吊挂工具上的位置，令各檩条之间的距离近似等于安装施工设计中的设计值；4)吊机设备将吊挂工具和多个檩条提升至合适高度并贴近墙面；5)以其中一个檩条及其墙面安装位置为定位基准，在该檩条移动到这个墙面安装位置时吊机设备停止动作并保持稳定吊装状态；6)将檩条向墙面龙骨上进行安装固定后解除与吊挂工具之间的连接；7)完成多个檩条向墙面龙骨上进行安装固定的操作后，吊机设备将吊挂工具重新转移至地面铺展，进行下一次作业。本发明提升了安装施工效率。
