Rotational molding integrated door plate and manufacturing method thereof
An integrated door plate formed through rotational molding comprises a door plate shell formed through rotational molding and a high-density foaming filling layer injected from a foaming feeding hole in one side of the door plate shell. And the door plate shell is provided with an exhaust hole which is convenient for exhausting air in the door plate shell when the foaming filling layer is injected. Due to the fact that the integrated door plate shell formed through rotational molding is adopted, and the high-density PU foaming filling layer is injected into the door plate foaming holes in one side of the door plate shell, the processing and assembling links of the door plate are omitted, production is simpler, gaps which are prone to hiding dirt and dirt generated by assembling do not exist in the surface of the whole door plate, and the service life of the door plate is prolonged. Therefore, the structure is more reasonable, the production cost is lower, and sanitation and safety of a clean area are facilitated. The manufacturing process of the integrated door plate comprises the steps of manufacturing of a rotational molding mold, filling of powdery PE plastic into the mold, rotational molding of the door plate shell and filling of the foaming layer.
一种滚塑成型的一体式门板,包括滚塑成型出来的门板外壳、从该门板外壳一侧的发泡进料孔注入的高密度的发泡填充层;在所述门板外壳上设有当注入发泡填充层时便于排出门板外壳内的空气的排气孔。由于采用滚塑成型出来的一体式门板外壳,并从该门板外壳一侧的门板发泡孔注入高密度PU聚氨酯发泡填充层,这样不仅省去了门板的加工和组装环节、使生产更简单,而且整个门板的表面不存在因为组装而产生易藏污纳垢的缝隙,因此本发明的结构更合理、生产成本更低,并有助于洁净区域的卫生安全。一体式门板的制作过程,包括滚塑模具的制造、将粉末状的PE塑料装入到模具内、滚塑成型出门板外壳和填充发泡层。
