The invention discloses a swimming pool lighting colored lamp with an adjusting function, which comprises a shell, two lighting cavities are symmetrically arranged in the shell, a lamp body is mounted in each lighting cavity, light-transmitting glass is mounted at the inner top of each lighting cavity, an annular temperature guide strip is arranged at the inner top of each lighting cavity, and a light guide plate is arranged at the inner top of each lighting cavity. A temperature control module is mounted at the bottom in each lighting cavity; the temperature control module comprises connecting plates which are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the inner bottom of the lighting cavity, and a rotating box is arranged between the two connecting plates. When the illuminating colored lamp is used, the two lamp bodies are alternately used, it can be guaranteed that the lamp bodies are always at a proper temperature in the using process, and through arrangement of light-transmitting glass of different colors, the two lamp bodies can be alternately used in the using process, and meanwhile the colors of the two lamp bodies can be changed; and thus, a better atmosphere sense improvement effect is achieved.
