The invention belongs to the technical field of new materials and environmental protection, and discloses a magnesium oxysulfate cement-based composite material containing bamboo fibers, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of magnesium oxide; 5-6 parts of magnesium sulfate; 10 to 16 parts of water; 5-6 parts of fluidized bed combustion ash; 3 to 10 parts of bamboo fiber; 20-35 parts of marble powder filler; 20 to 40 parts of light perlite; 1-2 parts of citric acid; and a proper amount of auxiliaries. The prominent contribution of the invention lies in that the strength of the plate is improved by using the fluidized bed combustion ash, and the effective reuse of the fluidized bed combustion ash is realized at the same time. Meanwhile, the invention further provides a plate prepared based on the composite material and a preparation method of the plate.
