The invention discloses a boride-containing silicon carbide multiphase ceramic fiber and a preparation method thereof, active silicon-hydrogen bonds of polymetal carbosilane are utilized to react with boron trichloride gas in an electron beam excitation state, a boron element is introduced in a non-melting treatment process, and pyrolysis decarburization and high-temperature sintering are performed to obtain the boride-containing silicon carbide multiphase ceramic fiber. And thus, the silicon carbide fiber containing the metal boride is obtained. The multiphase ceramic fiber has excellent mechanical properties and high temperature resistance, and can be used as a reinforced phase material for preparing a ceramic-based composite material.
