The invention discloses a pouring method using semi-flexible asphalt concrete as a track lap joint material. Firstly, damping strips are pasted on the side face, making contact with the semi-flexible asphalt concrete filling layer, of the steel rail and the inner side wall, making contact with the semi-flexible asphalt concrete filling layer, of the track groove; after the steel rails are laid, a plurality of steel bars are arranged on the ballast bed and on the two sides of the steel rails; the lower parts of the steel bars are embedded into the ballast bed, and the upper parts are positioned in the semi-flexible asphalt concrete filling layer; preparing a parent asphalt mixture, and stirring at the temperature of 150-160 DEG C; paving the prepared matrix asphalt mixture in a track groove along the two sides of the steel rail; preparing cement mortar from mortar according to the mass ratio; and after the parent asphalt mixture is cooled to 50 DEG C or below, cement mortar is grouted into the track groove, and the semi-flexible asphalt concrete filling layer is formed. The application of the invention can prolong the service life of the whole pavement of the track, enhance the structural stability of the pavement, and further improve the driving comfort and safety.
本发明公开了以半柔性沥青混凝土为轨道搭接材料的浇筑方法;先在钢轨与半柔性沥青混凝土填充层接触的侧面,以及轨道槽与半柔性沥青混凝土填充层接触的内侧壁黏贴阻尼条;铺设完钢轨后,在道床的上面,钢轨两侧的位置设置若干钢筋;钢筋的下部均埋入道床,上部均位于半柔性沥青混凝土填充层内;配置母体沥青混合料,并在150℃至160℃下拌制;制备完成的母体沥青混合料沿钢轨的两侧,在轨道槽内摊铺;按质量配比砂浆,制作成水泥砂浆;待母体沥青混合料冷却至50摄氏度以下,将水泥砂浆灌浆在所述轨道槽内,形成半柔性沥青混凝土填充层。本发明的应用能够提高轨道整体路面使用寿命,增强路面结构稳定性,进而提高行车舒适性和安全性。
