The invention discloses a prestressed concrete cover beam based on a prefabricated prestressed UHPC shell and a construction technology thereof, the cover beam comprises the UHPC shell, a support, a pier column, a reinforcement cage, a concrete rib, an I-shaped steel rib and a prestressed reinforcement, and the UHPC shell is arranged at the top of the pier column through the support; common concrete is poured in the UHPC shell; concrete ribs and I-shaped steel ribs are arranged on the inner surface of the UHPC shell; prestressed reinforcements are arranged at the tops of the I-shaped steel ribs; a prestressed tendon/cable is further arranged in the UHPC shell and fixedly connected with the UHPC shell. The construction technology comprises the steps that the prefabricated UHPC shell is hoisted to the top of the pier column; i-shaped steel ribs are mounted in the UHPC shell; installing prestressed reinforcements at the tops of the I-shaped steel ribs; tensioning the prestressed steel bars and then fixing the prestressed steel bars on the I-shaped steel ribs; prestressed tendons/cables are arranged in the UHPC shell; common concrete is poured into the UHPC shell; and after the common concrete reaches the design strength, the prestressed tendons/cables are tensioned, and finally the prestressed tendons/cables are fixed to the UHPC shell through base plates and anchorage devices.
