The prestressed pipe pile mechanical connecting piece comprises a first nut, an inserting rod assembly, a second nut, a clamping sleeve assembly and a middle nut, the middle nut is installed in the second nut, and the clamping sleeve assembly is arranged in a cavity defined by an inner cavity of the middle nut and the second nut; one end of the insertion rod assembly is installed in an inner cavity of the first nut, the other end of the insertion rod assembly is provided with an insertion head part, the outer wall of the insertion head part is provided with a step matching face, a plurality of locking clamps are arranged on the clamping sleeve assembly, a plurality of step grooves are formed in the locking clamps, and the locking clamps are connected with the step matching face. A step locking cavity used for preventing the plug part from being pulled out reversely is defined by the multiple locking clamps. According to the connecting piece, the plug part with the step body is adopted to be in gapless fit with the clamping sleeve, and the anti-pulling performance of the connecting piece can be improved.
本发明提出了一种预应力管桩机械连接件,包括第一螺母、插杆组件、第二螺母、卡套总成和中间螺母,所述中间螺母安装于第二螺母内,所述卡套总成设置于中间螺母的内腔与第二螺母围成的腔体内,所述插杆组件的一端安装于第一螺母的内腔中,所述插杆组件的另一端具有插头部,所述插头部的外壁具有台阶配合面,所述卡套总成上设有若干个锁定卡,所述锁定卡内设置多个阶梯槽,多个锁定卡围成用以阻止插头部反向拔出的台阶锁定腔。该连接件采用具有台阶体的插头部与卡套可实现无间隙配合,能够提高连接件的抗拔性能。
