The invention provides a ceramic tile cracked glaze and a method for preparing a ceramic tile. The cracked glaze comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 55-75% of hard feldspar; 0%-20% of albite; 0%-15% of potassium feldspar; 0%-5% of kaolin; 10%-15% of quartz; 0%-3% of barium carbonate; and 0%-3% of wollastonite. Treating the raw materials of the cracked glaze in a wet ball milling manner; the prepared green body is put into a drying kiln to be dried, and a dried green body is obtained; low-expansion ground glaze is applied to the dried blank, and then cracked glaze is applied; the dried blank with the cracked glaze is put into a roller kiln to be fired, cracking is completed after 3-5 hours, and the cracked ceramic tile can be obtained. The cracked glaze has the advantages that the cracked glaze can be stably produced in a one-time firing roller kiln with medium-temperature fast firing (the firing temperature is 1200 DEG C and the firing time is 32-40 minutes), the cracked glaze is suitable for firing large-size stoneware tiles or porcelain tiles, and the cracking effect of the tiles can be ensured after firing.
本发明提供了一种瓷砖开片釉及制备瓷砖的方法，开片釉的原料组分及含量如下：霞长石：55％‑75％；钠长石：0％‑20％；钾长石：0％‑15％；高岭土：0％‑5％；石英：10％‑15％；碳酸钡：0％‑3％；硅灰石：0％‑3％。通过湿式球磨的方式对开片釉的原料进行处理；将制得的生坯放到烘干窑中进行烘干，得到烘干坯；在烘干坯上施加低膨胀底釉，再施加开片釉；将施加开片釉的烘干坯放入辊道窑中进行烧成，经3‑5小时后裂纹完成，即可得到开片瓷砖。本发明的优点在于：该开片釉能够在中温快烧(烧成温度为1200度，烧成时间为32‑40分钟)的一次烧辊道窑内实现稳定生产，适合大规格炻瓷砖或瓷质砖的烧成，并且烧成后可以保证瓷砖的开片效果。
