The invention discloses a sludge curing agent, a composite material and a preparation method of the composite material. The sludge curing agent comprises the following components: 40-50 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of carbide slag, 5-10 parts of ardealite, 4-6 parts of water glass and a plurality of parts of water. The composite material comprises sludge and a sludge curing agent, wherein the sludge curing agent accounts for 8-11% of the mass of the sludge; the sludge curing agent is prepared by the following steps: mixing fly ash, carbide slag and ardealite, and uniformly stirring to obtain powder; and adding water glass and water into the powder, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based paint. The carbide slag, the fly ash and the ardealite in a set ratio are adopted as raw materials, and a proper amount of water glass is added to excite the carbide slag, the fly ash and the ardealite to generate a volcanic reaction to generate a large number of gelling substances, so that on one hand, the adsorption performance is improved to adsorb heavy metals, and migration of pollutants is avoided; and on the other hand, the sludge consolidation body is more compact, the structural strength is higher, and the corrosion resistance is better.
本发明公开了一种淤泥固化剂、复合材料及其制备方法,淤泥固化剂包括如下组分:粉煤灰40~50份、电石渣10~20份、磷石膏5~10份、水玻璃4~6份、水若干份;复合材料包括淤泥及淤泥固化剂,淤泥固化剂占所述淤泥质量的8~11%;淤泥固化剂按如下步骤制备:取粉煤灰、电石渣、磷石膏混合并搅拌均匀,得到粉料;取水玻璃、水并加入粉料中,搅拌均匀即得。本发明采用设定配比的电石渣、粉煤灰和磷石膏为原材料,并加入适量水玻璃以激发电石渣、粉煤灰和磷石膏之间发生火山反应生成大量胶凝物质,其一方面提高了吸附性能以吸附重金属,避免污染物的迁移,另一方面有助于淤泥结实体更加密实、结构强度更高、抗腐蚀性更好。
