The invention provides a production process for synthesizing glass marble by using waste glass, and belongs to the technical field of marble synthesis. The production process reasonably utilizes waste glass and comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively preparing a bonding material, glass particles and a liquid-phase reaction synthesis agent; secondly, the prepared bonding material and glass particles are added into a stirrer to be mixed, and the prepared liquid-phase reaction synthesis agent is added to complete chemical synthesis; and finally, carrying out compression molding by using an assembly line press to finish industrial assembly line production. According to the invention, the waste glass is reasonably utilized, and the waterproof and fireproof decorative plate is developed under the industrial condition of low energy consumption.

本发明提供了利用废旧玻璃合成玻璃大理石的生产工艺，属于大理石合成技术领域。该生产工艺合理利用废旧玻璃，首先，分别配置粘接材料、玻璃颗粒和液相反应合成剂；其次，将配置的粘接材料和玻璃颗粒加入搅拌机中混合，并加入配置的液相反应合成剂来完成化学合成；最后利用流水线压机压制成型，完成工业化流水线生产。本发明合理的利用了废旧玻璃，在低能耗的工业条件下，研制出防水防火装饰板材。
