The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a collapsible loess curing agent. The collapsible loess curing agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 10-20% of cement, 30-40% of active slag powder, 10-20% of lithium slag, 5-10% of sepiolite, 5-10% of diatomite, 9-16% of waterborne epoxy resin, 1-2% of a water reducing agent and 2-3% of lignocellulose. The dry material and the wet material are respectively prepared according to the proportion and are uniformly mixed to obtain the loess curing agent. A loess curing agent and water in a certain proportion are sequentially added into loess under the condition of continuous stirring to be evenly mixed to obtain cured loess slurry, and a cured loess finished product is obtained after forming and curing. According to the method, industrial waste is adopted, so that the method is economical and environment-friendly, and the cured loess has the characteristics of no collapsibility, low permeability, high forming strength and high strength. And huge application value is generated for backfilling of buildings and road surface foundation pits with loess as the main soil body.
本发明公开了一种湿陷性黄土固化剂的制备方法及其应用。湿陷性黄土固化剂按照下述质量百分比配制而成:水泥10‑20%,活性矿渣粉30‑40%,锂渣10‑20%,海泡石5‑10%,硅藻土5‑10%,水性环氧树脂9‑16%,减水剂1‑2%,木质纤维素2‑3%。按照上述配比分别制备干料和湿料,将其混合均匀后得到黄土固化剂。将一定比例的黄土固化剂和水在不断搅拌的条件下依次加入黄土中混合均匀后得到固化黄土浆体,经过成型并养护后得到固化黄土成品。本发明采用工业废料做到经济环保的同时,固化黄土具备无湿陷性、渗透性能低,形成强度快并且强度高的特点。对以黄土为主要土体的建筑和路面基坑的回填产生巨大的应用价值。
