The invention relates to a bolt connecting piece capable of being adjusted in three directions. The bolt connecting piece comprises a pin bearing part, a plug pin part, a connecting piece and an adjusting part. The pin bearing part and the bolt part are arranged on the two components; the pin bearing part comprises a pin bearing sleeve which is open towards the bolt part and a supporting sleeve which is fixed at the open end of the pin bearing sleeve in a threaded manner; the plug pin part comprises a plug pin sleeve which is opened towards the pin bearing part; the connecting piece comprises a connecting rod and a connector fixed to the top end of the connecting rod. An external thread is arranged on the periphery of the connecting rod; the connector is located in the pin bearing sleeve, and the tail end of the connecting rod is in threaded connection with the bolt sleeve after the connecting rod penetrates through the supporting sleeve and the adjusting part downwards; the connecting piece can move in the radial direction of the bearing pin sleeve. The lower end of the connector is attached to the upper end of the supporting sleeve. The adjusting part is arranged on the connecting rod in a threaded and sleeving manner; the upper end of the adjusting part is attached to the lower end of the bearing pin sleeve, and the lower end is attached to the upper end of the bolt sleeve.
