The terrace dividing joint device has the advantages that the purpose that dividing joints stretch out and draw back can be achieved through the terrace dividing joint device; concrete corners at the top of the terrace are protected through the first steel plate and the second steel plate, so that the concrete corners at the dividing joint can be prevented from being damaged and peeled off, and the dividing joint forming quality is improved; the floor concrete finished surface can be controlled to be flush with the top elevation of the first steel plate and the top elevation of the second steel plate during floor concrete pouring, so that the flatness of floor construction is guaranteed; after the terrace dividing joint device is adopted for construction, secondary treatment does not need to be conducted on dividing joints, and the construction period is shortened.
