The mechanical harvesting system comprises a working ship, a control device, a cutter device and a collecting device. The control device comprises a support, a control board and a control rod, the support is arranged on the working ship, the control board is arranged on the support, and the control rod is movably arranged on the support; the cutting knife device comprises a power head, a cutting knife and an angle adjusting assembly, the power head is arranged at the execution tail end of the operating rod, the cutting knife is arranged on the power head, the angle adjusting assembly is arranged on the operating rod and connected with the power head, and the trimming angle of the cutting knife is adjusted through the angle adjusting assembly; the collecting device comprises a cover body, a negative pressure collecting pipe, a collecting bin and a vacuum pump, the collecting bin is arranged in the working ship, the vacuum pump is arranged at the collecting bin, the cover body is arranged at the execution tail end of the operating rod and covers the outer side of the upper portion of the cutting knife, and the collecting bin is communicated with the inner space of the cover body through the negative pressure collecting pipe. The harvester adopts a mechanical harvesting mode and has the advantage of high harvesting efficiency.
