The invention discloses a hanging basket device of an automatic shaking counteracting structure for viaduct construction. The hanging basket device comprises an engineering vehicle, a weighting block, a vertical beam and a hanging basket frame. A weighting block is connected to the engineering vehicle, the engineering vehicle serves as a moving foundation, and a base is connected to the lower portion of the hanging basket frame; the vertical plate is connected to the upper portion of the hanging basket frame, one side of the vertical plate is connected with a guide plate, and the concentric-square-shaped frame is connected to one end of the vertical beam.
