The invention discloses a superficial surface accumulated water drainage device which comprises a water storage tank, a water suction pump detachably connected to the upper portion of the water storage tank, a water outlet pipe of the water suction pump extending into the water storage tank, a water storage space arranged on the lower portion in the water storage tank, a drainage valve connected to the lower portion of the left side wall of the water storage tank, and a suction cup assembly comprising a rectangular frame and a rectangular plate. The edge of the bottom face of the rectangular plate is evenly connected with a plurality of sucker bodies, a water suction pipe of each sucker body penetrates through the rectangular plate and then is communicated with an annular pipe, the annular pipe is communicated with two intersection pipes, the intersection of the two intersection pipes is communicated with a water conveying pipe, and the water conveying pipe is communicated with a water inlet of a water suction pump. The corners of the top face of the rectangular plate are connected with guide rods, the guide rods are in one-to-one corresponding sliding connection with the through holes of the rectangular frame, the guide rods are sleeved with springs, and the top ends of the guide rods are connected with positioning pins. The defects of existing drainage equipment can be overcome, superficial accumulated water on the ground can be efficiently drained, manpower resources are saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
