Compressed air provided by the air compressor is used as an impact air source, pulse type impact force is generated between the pile end and the pile shoe, so that the expanded pile shoe is driven into a soil layer under the impact effect of the compressed air, and the prestressed pipe pile is lifted upwards and then freely falls under the impact effect of the compressed air; the expanded pile shoe is impacted so that the expanded pile shoe can further sink; in the sinking process of the expanding pile shoe, a pile side gap channel is formed through the pile diameter expanding effect of the expanding pile shoe, and the resistance of layered soil around the pile to the pile body of the prestressed pipe pile in the pile sinking process is reduced. According to the construction technology, the requirement for equipment is low, the bearing capacity of an equipment platform generally does not need to be specially treated, the equipment platform can be recycled after construction is completed, and therefore good economic benefits are achieved.
