The invention relates to the technical field of deep and large foundation pits, and discloses a deep and large foundation pit inner support intelligent monitoring, prevention and control system which comprises a monitoring system, a central data analysis system, a construction system and a prevention and control type support system. The monitoring system performs distributed global monitoring on the foundation pit through the fiber bragg grating and transmits monitoring data to the cloud server; the central data analysis system obtains monitoring data from the cloud server, analyzes the monitoring data through an intelligent algorithm, and feeds back early warning deformation prediction data to the construction system and a control instruction to the prevention and control type supporting system; and the construction system establishes a construction BIM model according to the early warning deformation prediction data, the prevention and control type supporting system is provided with a DCS system controlled by hydraulic servo, and the DCS system adjusts the axial force of the inner support according to a control instruction.
