A plurality of water through grooves are formed in the cover plate, first filter screens are embedded in the water through grooves, a water outlet pipe used for cyclic utilization is arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank, a water inlet groove is formed in the top end of the water storage tank, and a flow guide filter assembly used for guiding rainwater into the water storage tank is arranged between the cover plate and the water storage tank; the flow guiding and filtering assembly comprises a flow guiding supporting plate stretching across the interior of the greening ditch body and two flow guiding plates arranged below the flow guiding supporting plate, a plurality of water passing holes are formed in the end of the flow guiding supporting plate, a second filtering net is correspondingly arranged below the water passing holes, and the mesh diameter of the second filtering net is smaller than that of the first filtering net; the two drainage plates are used for guiding the rainwater filtered by the second filter screen into the water storage tank. Blockage of the greening ditch is relieved, and water resources are collected and utilized.
