According to the onboard soft rod structure of the hydraulic vibrating rod, driving force is provided for a hydraulic motor through external oil liquid, and a head output shaft of the hydraulic motor is connected with an eccentric shaft through a coupling piece; the hydraulic motor drives the eccentric shaft to rotate at a high speed, and the eccentric shaft has huge centrifugal force under the driving of the hydraulic motor; the two ends of the eccentric shaft are in interference fit with the upper bearing and the lower bearing respectively, the upper bearing and the lower bearing are installed on the upper bearing seat and the lower bearing seat respectively, the upper bearing seat and the lower bearing seat are in interference fit with the outer sleeve, and finally centrifugal force of the eccentric shaft is transmitted to the rod body. Due to the fact that the position of the hydraulic motor is kept fixed in the working process, the hydraulic motor cannot deflect when bearing lateral pressure, and therefore the phenomenon that the vibrating rod is damaged due to the fact that the coil is burnt down is avoided.
