The environment temperature and smoke monitoring subsystem is provided with an environment temperature sensor or a smoke sensor; the fire emergency processing subsystem comprises a spraying device at the top of the parking garage or a water curtain device arranged on the supporting stand column. According to the invention, automobiles can be parked, and electric automobiles can be charged; when the temperature of the battery is abnormal or even a fire occurs, the charging power supply can be disconnected, water is quickly sprayed to extinguish the fire, and loss caused by fire spreading is reduced.
