The output end of the second lifting assembly is connected with a transverse moving assembly, the output end of the transverse moving assembly is connected with a galling row brush, the moving assembly comprises walking wheels arranged on the two sides of the rack, and the control assembly comprises a control table arranged on one side of the rack. The moving assembly, the vibrating assembly and the galling assembly are subjected to parameterization control through the control assembly, construction is automatically carried out, the workload of construction workers is reduced, meanwhile, beam surface quality defects caused by vibration missing and array missing caused by manual operation are avoided, quality controllability of vibrating operation is achieved through equipment, the operation stability is improved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
