Compared with the prior art, the inner wall of the stirring barrel is provided with a plurality of vertical water conveying pipes capable of ascending and descending at the same time, a plurality of first water outlet holes are evenly distributed in the side face of the sliding groove, a plurality of matched second water outlet holes are formed in the vertical water conveying pipes, and the water inlet amount in the stirring barrel is controlled by lifting the annular water conveying pipes; the stirring cylinders with different depths can obtain the same water conveying amount, so that mortar stirring is more uniform and more efficient.
