Semi-fabricated honeycomb steel beam and prestressed concrete combined bent cap and construction process
The semi-fabricated honeycomb steel beam and prestressed concrete combined cover beam comprises a prefabricated ultra-high-performance concrete thin-wall shell, a steel reinforcement framework is arranged on a bottom plate of the prefabricated ultra-high-performance concrete thin-wall shell in the length direction, and prestressed tendons are arranged in the length direction of the prefabricated ultra-high-performance concrete thin-wall shell; the two ends of the prestressed tendons penetrate through the steel cushion plate and the prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete thin-wall shell, and the steel reinforcement framework and the prestressed tendons are all packaged in common concrete. Honeycomb steel beams which can be reliably connected with internal concrete and do not affect arrangement of stirrups are arranged on the prefabricated ultra-high performance concrete thin-wall shell, so that the bearing capacity and rigidity requirements in the construction stage and the use stage are improved. According to the bent cap, a temporary support and a formwork do not need to be erected, the construction procedure is greatly simplified, the construction time is shortened, pollution and noise are reduced, and the hoisting difficulty is lowered.
