The electric hydraulic system comprises a closed hydraulic system for achieving lifting and descending of a movable arm and a hydraulic system for achieving steering of the whole machine and action of a tipping bucket oil cylinder, and the closed hydraulic system maintains the volume difference of a large cavity and a small cavity of the movable arm oil cylinder through a gear pump and an energy accumulator. The motor M1 drives the two-way double-speed pump-motor to act and is connected with the inverter through the M1 motor controller, the inverter is connected with the common direct-current bus, and by means of the electric control technology of the inverter and the common direct-current bus, movable arm potential energy recovery of the electric loader is achieved, and the cruising ability of the electric loader is improved. The problems that in the prior art, a loader is high in energy loss and limited in cruising ability are solved.
本发明公开了一种电动液压系统及装载机,电动液压系统包括实现动臂提升与下降的闭式液压系统和实现整机转向和翻斗油缸动作的液压系统,闭式液压系统通过齿轮泵和蓄能器维持动臂油缸大小腔容积差,电机M1驱动双向双速泵‑马达动作,通过M1电机控制器连接逆变器,逆变器连接公共直流母线,利用逆变器与公共直流母线的电动控制技术,实现电动装载机的动臂势能回收,提高电动装载机的续航能力。本发明解决了现有技术中装载机能源损耗高、续航能力受限的问题。
