According to the system, through the deodorization fan and the deodorization air pipe, when initial rainwater is discharged into the storage pond, escaped odor is collected and treated in time, the situation that the odor is directly discharged out of the storage pond through a ventilation pipe and other channels to affect the surrounding environment is avoided, when water is discharged out of the storage pond, air is automatically fed into the storage pond through the ventilation pipe and the ventilation pipe, and air pressure balance in the storage pond is maintained.
